It's been a while since I've actually said something on here. This is my photography site so I don't really need to say anything but I think I'll share something with you all. I am fascinated with cameras. Video, film, digital, cameras. I've started collecting these old cameras around the beginning of this year. Some work, some don't, and some could work but they are too old to get film for. I've been obsessed with these. Cleaning them up and making them look nice. This is what I've been up too. Still got a few things to fix but they will be done in no time. I'm pretty familiar with HTML thanks to Myspace, but I have NEVER made a website before. Usually with everything I do, It starts off with a vision. When I have an idea in my head, I do whatever it takes to bring that into reality. So with hours of trial & error I've manage to successfully create a legit website. I'm still using blogger as my blog section because well....blogger is awesome. Give me sometime to finish up on the portfolio section but I would be happy to read your comments about the new look!

What does it mean for one to be lucky? Is it that the person lives his normal life and just happened to come across something that may be hard to do for someone else? A good accident? This is kind of difficult to explain without using the word luck. This is what most of us think of the meaning of lucky. Here's the "real" definition courtesy of dictionary.com

Okay, so something like I was saying. So is there ways to attract good luck? I say yes, of course.

One way is definitely taking every opportunity for something good to happen. You know what I'm talking about. Throughout our lives we have been offered different opportunities that sounded good but we've never took it seriously enough to move forward. Taking the opportunities for the good will definitely attract luck.

Now, when I say 'never took it seriously enough', I'm talking about procrastination. We deny offers, yes, but we also have that 'let me get back to you' or 'I'll let you know' sense of thinking sometimes. When we do that, we miss out on a lot of great opportunities in life. Procrastination is someone who doesn't want you to move forward in life. It is in all of us but we all can fight it. Once that is done, that will also, attract luck.

Lucky, to me is a word for people who work hard. I work hard for whatever I have. I procrastinate too, yes, but I know that will get me nowhere so I fight against it. When you work hard at whatever you do, Opportunities just basically fall into your lap. But remember, it's up to you to take those opportunities. I am very appreciative for what I have. So don't look at me and say I'm lucky, look and say, "He's working hard".

I'm not trying to preach to you, I'm just sharing some inspiring knowledge I've learned these past few days.

Long day today, went out the city & chilled with my friend Natasha for a bit then it was time to shoot with her friend Chelsea. Chelsea is like HER model and I guess I was fortunate to shoot her ha. Things are going good. Summer school is ending, work is good, good friends. Only thing I can complain about really is ... well nevermind. I should be happy I'm in good health and that I'm living. So yeaah, I'm good.

I have been really really busy with school & work, but somehow, I am still updating this blog DAILY! haha. Definitely patting myself on the back for this. Did not think i could do this. I think I wasn't able to update daily because not only what to talk about, but I worried about updating daily. What I mean is that I would blog today and immediately try and think of what I should blog about tomorrow. It should not work that way. These days are to be taking once at a time. Sure, you can make plans for another day, but it is more important to focus on what is going on right now and not later. The future cannot be predicted.

I sounded like I just learned this. ha. As far as blog posting, yes.

Me & Sunny went to her cousins graduation pool party. It was cool, people were chilling mostly. Nobody really swam. We were taking pictures and I also got to meet her uncle who is a really good photographer. He showed us some beautiful pictures of different places he has been. One day we're all going to go out some place & just shoot.

While there, I was more focus on making video. This was a vision that I've had in my head for some time but never got around to actually proceeding with it until now. The video above took HOURS to complete. Stressing on how to use programs that I have NEVER used before. I wanted to be able to change the colors in the video the same way i edit my photos; I have succeeded. All the editing overall was probably 4 or more hours to complete, and it's only a 2 minute video. Much love to the people who actually do this for a living.

The point of me doing this is that I just wanted to give to you (the viewers) something different than JUST pictures. I want you to see this in motion as well. These aren't episodes, vlogs, or anything in that area. Just a video with music you probably haven't or have heard before. Enjoy the good vibe. I will definitely make more.
